I've bought 3 bikes (PVY Libon) from pvybike.com The bikes are great, met all our expectations. There were some logistic problems due to Suez Canal crisis, but the bikes have finally arrived in perfect condition. The customer service was extremely helpful and answered all the questions and concerns. Although, it wasn't the best buying experience, but I can't blame pvybike.com for that, because the problems were external, and as I mentioned, I had customer service support all the time - they don't ignore you! Thank you PVY for the good product!
