Poor Service and suspected scam
No customer service. All the contact number in the contact us page is unreachable and most of is no longer in service! Contacted the live chat, slow response, totally not helping and re-sending with all article. I made a purchase using my Maybank2U of RM800 and nothing delivery, They will ask for KYC, but asking for proof of document? Who will save the receipt when you make a payment in a website? I explained to the CS staff that there is no way for us to get back the payment doc with maybank after the transaction. Then the CS JUST TELL ME HE IS FOLLOWING COMPANY RULES AND CANT DO ANYTHING! Totally ridiculous! When request to speak with someone higher, they ask to send email but there wasn't any response in the email also. I think OFF Gamer is much more better than SEAGM
