Buyer Beware.. I bought a $50 itunes card from these guys
I bought a $50 itunes card from these guys 3 1/2 days ago after looking for a reputable company that sold these cards and could deliver to my email as they say on their website "Once we receive your payment, we will amazingly email you the iTunes gift card online normally within one hour during our business hours (7AM to 9PM US EST GMT-5). After reading many other negative reviews here on taking days to deliver at times, I have decided to have my say. NOT GOOD ENOUGH! After 1 day after purchase, I get and email from Thanh Nguyen with buyfrompowerseller.itunes email using a gmail.com account which seemed dodgy. Thanh Wrote: Since you are a new customer to us, we try to verify your information. If you have any social account (Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, eBay ...), please send us the link to your profile. This will help us to prevent unauthorized payments. I responded to Than with my Facebook account and still have not received my card. I have since sent two other emails stating my frustration and finally one today advise that i want a refund and that I will be reporting this transaction to my bank and to paypal. If this was a one off incident then I can understand a slip up but a simple filter of just 1 star will show how many other people have been dealt the same poor service. A simple response to both of my last emails would have made me at least know that I am dealing with a company that is responsive and not dodgy. UPDATE: I have just received a PayPal refund which has restored my belief in this company that they are legit... just too slow sometimes to respond.
