Non existent after sales.
I feel I’ve given this company adequate time to reply to me, after receiving a faulty item. It’s probably a relatively easy fix/solution but there after sales is non existent. I started a Facebook message conversation on Tuesday and have had 2 reply’s with days in between, and no reply now since Thursday morning. And I’ve sent 3 emails to 3 different emails and not had a reply back from any. At point of ordering they don’t state items are posted from china. It’s a shame as most of the items seem good quality, just let down by the bad quality control and atrocious after sales. I’ll look to recover the costs back from my banks. And now before fixing the solution, the company has now blocked me on social media. This is not a professional company, and this should be a warning to anyone looking to spend money with them. My order was £250, and the customer service received since has been embarrassing.
