availability is a matter of luck
I ordered a pair of shoes that was available in my size in the webshop. Then I received a message that this was a fault in the storage, and I received my money back. A few days later i checked the shop again, the shoe was (still?) available, so I ordered again - same procedure, message with “sorry” and money back. Not a very smart business case IMHO.
