Not even worth 1 star!!! Within seconds of realizing just how much it was going to cost for the "zombie" masks.... i emailed support. Immediately got a reply. Confirmed refund papypal processed once my request was sent to the "appropriate department" . Asked for verification. Nothing. 5 hours later I got an email "update status. Item is in transit" They have failed to reply to any further emails nor have they answered any of PayPals correspondence after I reported the scam.
