So far not great. If I’m getting a survey I’m assuming you think I should have already received my order. I have not. It’s been 16 business days and my order has never shown up as shipped just stuck in the processing stage. I have ordered from other online glasses stores before and never had this happen. I’m used to getting fast and frequent updates while my order is processed.I will likely be requesting a refund and canceling my order if not resolved in the next few days.
