The Octane product itself continues to perform poorly with pitiful (at best) returns mixed in with steady losses. I have lost about half of the "gains" I had previously made. "Gains" that are totally academic in that they are made meaningless by their massive drawdowns which have been essentially permanent for about a year now. About a month ago members were contacted. Support apologized for their lack of updates and promised to provide updates more frequently in the future. That was about a month ago. After almost a month with no update I turned in a ticket requesting some clarification about roughly WHEN the next update was going to occur. Their automated response included a promise to reply within 24 to 48 hours but there has been no response for about a week. They not only received this support ticket but opened and read it as confirmed by my email tracking software. After about a week of waiting for them to reply I sent ANOTHER support ticket asking for a committment on the next update. My software confirms they have also read THAT support ticket but have not answered it. These people are quite simply ducking their clients AND Trustpilot in that there replies on THIS website have also tanked. They are understandably EMBARRASSED by this product's performance and I can't say as I blame them for that. Still their disappearance is unprofessional and revealing...
