Exceptional after sales service
I bought two iPhone 8s for my daughters, both stated as very good condition, one was immaculate, the other came with a screen protector on, we lifted the screen protector and found the screen was scratched, after very pleasant and helpful communication we returned the phone, one day later the phone was returned to us with a brand new screen. I cannot rate the customer service more highly. Thank you so much Alpha Smartphones, I have one very happy daughter and I’m delighted to be able to deal with an issue with absolutely no hassle. I will definitely buy from you again and will recommend you to friends.
