Zero Contact
Bought a projector screen 2 weeks ago on Vividstorm.com and have not received any tracking info. Emailed three times, no answer. All their phones are either not picking up or going to voicemail. Usually tracking information gets sent straight away or within a few days of purchase. I'm not sure if these guys are a scam or if they're just living in a different century. 🙃 Edit: Item arrived after 3 weeks, so not a scam. They should still improve their order/tracking comms though.
