Jake's 7 days of emails which gets us started on understanding the science behind the development of myopia, and the Endmyopia.org website with corresponding Facebook page are helpful in understanding how to reverse myopia. I'm just starting on this journey, so I can't evaluate the efficacy of the methods, but I appreciate the opportunity to learn from others -- some of which have very positive testimonials.
