Terrible first experience, not recommended
Terrible first time experience, was looking ward to it but disappointed. Booked a return trip, both ways my flight was re-timed and it affected my travel. For the first trip, I didn't even receive any email informing my flight was re-timed. Don't think I'll repeat because from the review it seems they have been doing this constantly and not improving their schedules. What's more disappointing, I paid extra RM100 to re-time flight and they just re-time my flight again just like that without any compensation. What a joke. Not recommended at all.
