I ordered an advent calendar for my grandson in early September. I received a notice it shipped. In October no update on tracking. In November I was told another was shipped due incomplete address. The second one was supposed to be expedited. No updates received I asked for a refund. The response was since it was shipped they could not give a refund. Still no updates and here it is second week in advent. This company is a fraud and a scam. The product advertised was great but they take your money and blame their shipping company for the non-delivery. Pitiful customer service and no resolution. I contacted American Express and they will investigate and refund my money. Hopefully put these scam artist out of business of stealing money. Do not do business with these fraudsters!
