Poor communication
No one sent us a code to get into the condo. It was not in spam. After emails, texts, and calling we finally got a text with the code to get in on the day we were to arrive. When we arrived, no one sent us the gate code to let us in to park. Thankfully, my daughter is an owner and on the board of the HOA and she sent me the parking code otherwise we would have not been able to park. The unit is also not the one I originally booked. We have zero view.
