It is impossible to cancel one’s account via the app. My teen decided that she didn’t want to continue. I have two masters degrees and cannot figure out how to cancel my account. I’m going to have to manage this thorough my credit card company. Peloton was an amazing product five years ago, but now the company has become completely unethical. From someone who has completed ~400 workouts… run for your life. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY
