Waited 7 days for delivery as stated…
Waited 7 days for delivery as stated online, I then emailed to chase. I was told it was Chinas Day holiday oct 1-6 and this had caused delays however it would be shipped asap. I waited another 6 days and decided to email to get a tracking number. I was told that it had still not been dispatched and essentially couldn't tell me when it would be dispatched. I have now sent 3 emails requesting a refund so I can go elsewhere however they keep rejecting my request and offering 'coupons' instead so I have now gone to paypal to resolve the dispute. Would not purchase from them again as they're customer service is non-existent.
