Two years ago the eye doctor prescribed me a -7 and told me there is nothing I can do to stop myopia progressing. I refused to agree that my myopia will grow worse and worse all my life. I tried several things , Bates method as well. I didn't improve much but didn't regress as well! All the eye doctors says "it's dangerous to Not wear glasses" IT'S FALSE. Today, two years later, I have a -6. That proves at least that It was right to not wear the -7 prescription and to keep searching for an alternative solution. Recently I discovered endmyopia and Jake's explanations. It seems to me the right way to follow.
