Excellent Customer Service
I first had an issue with the color of case that I selected being out of stock. I quickly received an email from an actual person (which was refreshing) and she helped me resolve this problem. I then had an issue with purchasing because I had paid for my other PC parts all in the same day, locking up my credit card. This was also easily resolved thanks to the good customer service. I knew these issues were not the fault of SuperBiiz, and they actually helped make the resolution process much smoother.
