THIS REALLY WORKS!!! I have been doing this program for almost a year. I started out with -1.75 in one eye and -2.5 in the other eye. I recently took off my glasses for good. I'm not back to 20/20 yet, but I have seen huge improvements and I am confident that I will get there within the next year. This really does work if you are determined and persistent. Yes, it is a lot of reading if you choose to use only the blog, but it is a small price to pay to get back the clarity of vision that your eyes are capable of.
