If you take your time and listen carefully to what Jake is teaching you, it all makes sense. He doesn't hand it to you on a silver platter, he wants you to understand the why's and how's (science) behind his methods. We are all different with different situations, so we have to figure out what is best for ourselves as individuals, just like everything in life. The best part is that he gives tips and tricks when he has figured out something new. Check it out, he gives more information than any eye doctor I know!
