Orders not shipped
I placed an order for christmas ornaments several weeks ago and though I got a confirmation of the order and was billed, I never received shipping information or delivery date. Emailed them and the reply was that the order hasn't shipped any they need 2 to 3 days to test the product to assure shipping good product. Never heard of something like this. Asked for a refund instead and haven't had any replies. Latest update. They wrote back with a tracking number not associated with any shipping company. Even went to the shipping company that they listed and the number is invalid. They also stated that the order would take 7 to 15 working days before I received it ( indicating it has yet to ship). Again I asked for a refund with no response. Nice website showing American craftsmen carefully painting the ornaments. B.S. Sweatshop in China. New update. Finally shipping.,.from China
