Used the services of this airline a few times. The staff are polite. If you want to eat on board, then it's better to plan this beforehand, by buying a lunch with the ticket, you can save money. The choice of food is not bad. A significant disadvantage for me was the refusal of free drinking water. Even when I said that I was ill and I needed to take a pill, water was not given.
