Absolutely horrendous company that have robbed me
Absolutely horrendous company who have taken $469 from me and two months later I still don’t have a phone from them. Customer service doesn’t respond or if it does it seems to be manned by children who provide infantile messages. I have asked for a refund 3 times and threatened with police but they are ignoring my refund request. They have now allegedly shipped the phone through 4px which from all online reviews is a scam. AVOID DOOGEE AT ALL COSTS THEY TAKE MONEY AND DONT SEND OUT THE GOODS
