No Action to Lodge Complaint of Incomplete Delivery
Cart no. : 137767981 Order no. : 325823268 I made an order through Qoo10 from their Seller, Alcohaul.sg and on 1 Aug 2020, they only delivered 1 set of 7 bottles instead of the originally order placement of 2 sets of 7 bottles. I rang Alcohaul.sg Tel: 6240 6822 and spoke to a Ms Heerah who assured me that they will look into this issue promptly. But up to today, no one from Alcohaul has reverted and in frustration I made a claim to Qoo10 on this disupute for a full refund on the none delivered 1 set of 7 bottles and here again, Qoo10 is also silent. Don't believe all the good 5 stars review because you won't be able to write any bad experience reviews as the only link available to write a review and when your order placement and delivery are receipt in complete. There is no full transparency and all of the above named parties are not wiling to take ownership of the problem.
