It was 11:30 at night and I was trying desperately to get my system to work that I purchased through spooky2. I was really frustrated and very upset because I'm using this system to help my dog who is very sick. So when I eventually did was contacted their support team and the support person I got was Jervis. It was really a wonderful experience because he didn't rush me was very polite and even a little bit funny which I really needed at that point because I was beside myself. With Jervis patience I was able to get my system up and running beautifully and even gave me really good instructions so I learned how to do it the next time. It really gives you a sense of confidence when you know you have somebody like that on the other end of the line. I would recommend spooky2 and a wonderful support team to everyone. Thank you Jervis.
