Worst courier company
Worst courier company, They were supposed to deliver my item on the day when I received a call that Delivery is on its way. But end of the day the on the tracking the parcel it shows "Delivery Failed because of cash unavailable" where as the full payment has been made online including delivery charges. According to them that delivery person has put fake remarks to close the day & will be delivered asap. 24 hours gone & today after chasing them again they are come up with new reason that the package has been snatched & will get refund from the company from I bought the item. I guess now there is no solution . But one thing learned never pay anything up front for buying on line. It should be cash on delivery.
