Disgraceful
Disgraceful. Had fraudulent payments made. Tried to call their so called fraud hotline 5 times. Wait ten minutes each time and get automated voice saying call back, operators too busy. In the meantime another fraudulent transfer happened so I had to cancel everything myself. Now I have to go to the bank to get my UOB tomorrow enabled. Their phone banking just helps them increase margins and make customers hate banks even more by making us waste valuable life waiting and waiting
