Buy elsewhere with a better product and return policy
The "musicsense" feature of their overpriced projectors is complete garbage. The music has to be so loud to get it to work that it's uncomfortable for what should be a relaxing experience. The buttons are annoyingly sensitive and the actual light spread isn't great. To top it off with their less than helpful customer service and even worse return policy it's no wonder they charge so much they know they won't be in business long with such a terrible business model. --- 11.02.20- In response to your follow up I sent the order number for the order we placed and it should give you the information you need and the conversation we had with support already. You guys have clearly stated that you won't be providing a refund so at least anyone else reading this review knows it's from someone who made a purchase.
