Street address vs po box bad policy
Unfortunately, unlike most cards, they will not accept a mailing address different from street address. Ive lived at my street address for years but the PO doesn't deliver to my neighborhood. The only place I can get mail is at my po box. Your loss. Just about every bank and card work this way. Poor policy.
