A very poor airline
A very poor airline with 1. Appaling seats - just hard and not cushioned 2. Really poor tea and coffee 3. Food aweful. In the connecting flight from Chennai to Port Blair was not offered ot despite paying for it. 4. In flight service poor generally. 5.Poor customer care. 6. Complex frequent flyer programme with limited if non existent back office infrastructure. All in all a bus service in the air and not that cheap. Not great. In fact a waste of money. Should have stuck to AI. Tried for the first and hopefully last time. AVOID if you can.
