Artsweary -beware. Orders are paid for in Denver, Colorado and from 🇬🇧 uk, there’s a charge for currency conversion. The shoddy, cheap, ghastly garment bears no resemblance to the beauty of those advertised on the ARTSWEARY WEBSITE. The return address is mainland China and you will pay for postage, import duty and any other charges that will be deducted probably resulting in a zero refund amount. Twice they have told me that my refund was paid. Of course it wasn’t. They then wanted my bank account details-no way I’m giving them that.
They have now stopped responding to any of my enquiries.
PLEASE DON’T LET THEM HAVE YOUR MONEY. THEY ARE FRAUDULENT AND TOTALLY DISHONEST.

Despite innumerable attempts to obtain a refund from this company they are now not even responding to my follow up enquiries regarding a refund. Twice they have told me that the refund has been processed-of chit has not.

Not as advertised.
I have been in negotiations with this company regarding a refund of £55.64 pence for providing poor quality garments that bear little resemblance to those advertised. They have told me twice that a refund has been made-it hasn’t. They are now totally ignoring my communications.
They are a scam company. Don’t buy from them.

Artsweary-fradsters.
I received very inferior dresses from artsweary. The clothing advertised is beautifully made, linen/cotton appliqué garments but reality is different. Cheap synthetic clothing bearing little resemblance to the advent.
I want to return the dresses , said so on day one, asked for a return label and they have dragged their sorry heels, offered me 20% refund, said I can keep the dresses despite my making it abundantly obvious, from day one, I don’t want them.
Have trading standards been notified?
