Good products but customer experience could be better.
I have edited my first review after initially assessing my customer experience as 1 star. I never received my initial order which was apparently 'lost' by the UK courier. I have now received a replacement order. I am very pleased with the product thus far and they appear to represent exceptional value. After the non-delivery of my original order I agreed to a re-ship of an 'amended' order due to an unexpected new lens purchase with a bigger filter thread. I understood this to have been agreed but it appears not as my original order was re-shipped which was disappointing. To conclude I believe K & F Concepts products present good value. However, I found the customer experience to be a bit frustrating when things go wrong.
