The extra money we had to pay after paying the rent was ridiculous. They charge $600 for a cleaning fee. The communications is horrible and I would never go through this company or use this company even as an owner. The owners lose money because of the ridiculous fees they charge you after paying the rent. I’m sure many people just closed the window.
