Qoo10 does not verify the seller and I was scammed by buying the facemask but falsely claimed on the country of origins. Customer Service will always change new people and asking you to repeat the same complaint again and again until you gave up and do not wish to pursue the case... BAD BAD BAD BAD experience... A site with poor customer service, poor / fake product quality..
