No customer support for failed devices
Purchased a NUCBox from the offical GMKTec shop on Amazon. 70 days later the SSD failed, rendering it unusable. No response to a series of emails to 3 different GMKTec support inboxes despite following all the guidelines on their Contact Us, not even a message to say we've received your email.
