Amazing amazing amazing customer service 🙏 Bought myself Mavic Air as a used item with which I was really happy, it did what I expected from such a brand, however few months later it developed some visual error that would need calibration by a certain software DJI Assistant2, however it didn’t work and decided to send it fir repair. DJI assisted me with delivery, so this wasn’t trouble at all!!They soon contacted me following assessment of fault and gave me a quote for the repair as it was out of warranty! I was a bit reluctant to go ahead with repair but eventually I gave it the green light. A couple of days and they informed that the repair is done and soon will be in the post. 3 days later to my surprise I received elegantly packaged parcel with brand new Mavic Air drone , brand new controller, and brand new accessories / props, connector adapters/ in an elegant shoulder bag and a separate drone zipped bag!!!! Everything looked just amazing with fully charged battery!!!! And yeh I forgot the gift that came with it !! I am really lost to words !!!!! Never had such a nice experience from any other company Thank you guys ! You made my day
