The customer service at Appliance Connection is wonderful. I ordered a microwave and trim kit and ordering was easy. The product arrived when promised. Unfortunately, I couldn't use the product because it didn't fit and I worked with Jackie in Customer Service to arrange for the return. She was extremely helpful. I would highly recommend this company and would use them again.
