Poor quality item, cheap and badly made…

EDIT 1 I was asked here for further details gave them and have heard nothing. Ouozzz now ignore all emails so Ive asked Paypal to refund me. Delivery was fast but the item cheap and badly made...the highland cow with babies. Ecpected a lot better given the high price. Will never buy from.this company again. Ive contacted them but they dont respond so will be asking Paypal for a refund.
