So disappointed with how they treat their customers when things go wrong. Told to return the item for a refund when it didn’t arrive when promised, only for the company to backtrack and hide behind their terms and conditions. Please read their T&Cs fully before purchasing anything from this company. To qualify for a refund you are expected to return the item within 24 hours of receiving it. This wasn’t pointed out during the many emails sent and received regarding the returns procedure. I wonder how many more people they have ripped off with their one sided returns policy Bad customer service, do not use
