I was told I put the wrong initial for my son’s name on the bracelet which I wouldn’t of done,I tried to get it sorted before it came,but they said it was too late to get it replaced,it’s a beautiful bracelet & they said they would charge me again to have one intial changed when they should of said we sort it for free,I’m upset by this as they even said I had to put a good review up to get a replacement that’s not right at all,I won’t be buying from here again….
