I bought products, and the supplier quickly responded with a nice offer. I paid for the products, but the supplier hasn't shipped them. It has been 3 months already, and support is not responding. Their live chat is not working. I have had good experiences with Alibaba, but this was my first experience with Made-in-China, and I can’t recommend it at all.
