Don’t try and leave upscale pro because there is noway of cancelling your subscription payment… I moved to a free account as I wasn’t using it enough for anything else and all the supposed contact channels don’t work, not even the chat bot! Every day I get an email saying they couldn’t take the payment on stripe because fortunately my card detail have changed. They want to charge $119 for something I thought I’d cancelled and for weeks now I’ve been sending emails and messages and they just bounce back. It means I can’t pay for anything else on stripe because if I update my payment details this money will be taken! I’m very stuck!
