Following my previous review for Powerguider I received an email from them offering me a full refund and an apology. I have since received my refund in full including p&p and I shall now return my computer part to them. It is a pity that they did not reply to my previous email which would have avoided my first review. They have now sent me an address to return the goods. Lets hope they improve their customer relations and respond to queries and gripes immediately
