Not sure how to rate them Paid for DVD Creator but it won't install and the form for tech (or any other) support has a bug and won't work and there's no other way to contact them. It wont accept my licenced email and registration code. Says invalid or suchlike. Have typed it in and also cut and pasted it. Same problem. Immensly frustrating. If anyone from Skysoft is reading this, I get an autofill when trying to fill in product name. Trustpilot wont let me paste it here as it looks like a link. PLEASE contact me! My order number was B0R909195LY442343B
