I have had the best customer service experiences with Umi Tea Sets that I have had in a long time. They are attentive, responsive, kind, and do exactly what they say they will. Also, the gaiwans, teapots, and other items I've gotten from them have been beautiful and exactly as described. Great quality. In one of my orders they accidentally sent the wrong gaiwan. Not only did they get the right gaiwan to me, but when it arrived with a cracked lid they very quickly sent me out a replacement lid. I could not be happier with thier help and customer service. I have ordered 3-4 times from them and I am eyeing a couple of additional things for the future too! 10/10 experience.
