Never received, refuse to refund
I ordered several costumes from ilovethedress just before Christmas for my daughters, to be delivered to Florida.
I still have not received my order and the company is refusing to refund me.
The shipping company they use, SpeedX, incorrectly flagged my delivery address as invalid. I confirmed with both SpeedX and ilovethedress that the address was correct, but after a long delay I was advised that the parcel had been sent back to the supplier.
Despite this being an issue caused by their chosen courier, ilovethedress will not issue a refund until they receive the returned parcel.
I did not choose the shipping company, and I have paid for items that I have never received and now may never receive. This is extremely disappointing customer service and puts all the risk on the customer for problems outside their control.
I would strongly recommend avoiding this company.

***update*** your response is infuriating!! I had contacted the shipping company (late dec early Jan) and have email confirmation they were sending the package back to the supplier. I cc’d ilovethedress in my reply so they are fully aware of the situation. Regardless this is not my problem the seem to take no responsibility for the fact they work with a dodge shipping company (very poor ratings) and I have still not received my package or refund! Avoid, avoid, avoid.
