JUST AWFUL!
I've been trying for over 2 months to return some items and can't seem to get this return resolved. ALSO: I ordered another $514 worth of clothes and have only received ONE item from the order. I'd rather go shopping in a physical store than have to waste my time trying to resolve these issues. Since you have no phone contact, I've written at least 10 emails trying to get some satisfaction. I need RA's and the address to ship items back. This entire experience SUCKS!
