Save yourself the bother and find a more reputable survey panel.
I have been a member of this panel for a number of years and duly took their surveys or their pre survey questionnaires on a regular basis. You often don't get chosen for the surveys (quite a waste of one's time really), but you can slowly build up your points until you can get a pay out. This last week I have been unable to log in to my account. I contacted the panel and eventually they got back to me telling me that my account had been closed due to problems with the quality of my responses (which I completely disagree with). There were no emails / no explanation / no warning, they just closed my account. So if you are thinking of doing some survey work for this company, I personally wouldn't bother and find a more reputable one.
