I had booked a bus from Bangalore to Chennai in KPN Travels yesterday. Multiaxile Volvo sleeper. They cancelled the bus and they had sent a normal Bus... Which was very very worst. They took money for Multiaxile Volvo sleeper and sent a normal Bus. They won't refund the money also.. Very bad experience.
