Performance does not inspire confidence
Something went wrong in the software and the helpdesk was no help at all. On the plus side, I went to another supplier, which was cheaper and claimed immediate delivery (You are very slow on this.), but their software was so awful, I failed to complete the purchase. Their helpdesk was utterly gormless. I came back to you and succeeded in bypassing the problem with the software, more by luck than judgement. Not a good performance by either supplier. There is a much better supplier, but they did not have the particular product I was looking for. I will always go to them first. Your reply is irrelevant to the point I am making. The most recent order worked OK, but I was not impressed with your performance. I never ordered software. I failed to complete an order because something went wrong with YOUR software. I later returned to you to make the order you are talking about. Trading with you is not an enjoyable experience and I will continue to seek alternative suppliers.
